Oh wow! And I thought I was the only one with the problem! Lol. I'm just like you guys, I have a problem with sleeping at night. Some reason, in the afternoon or evening sometimes I can but sometimes I can't. But as for night, usually I just turned something on my laptop, like episodes of friends or something and just let it play and set it on sleep after half an hour. Music depending on who, if it's MCR only TBP could work for me but even so I have to wait till the end. Lol.

LoL....now i can only sleep earliest 3 or 4am... then wake at 3pm zzzz.....i don't know what to do when class starts...that's gonna kill me waking up at 10 cause i cant even sleep at night...

you'll probably have to try to sleep earlier before school starts, so your body can slowly adjust to it. that's what i usually do before college starts... that's why this week is crazy for me after a week off...

i tried before..i go to bed at 11..but i slept at 3am..zzz

i always sleep at 4am - 5am even coll starts...i think im used to it already..

Sighs.. I guess we're just a bunch of insomniacs, huh?

Yup... my socio teacher was talking about last week... it's true... the biological clock of today's people are so screwed! And that includes me! Lol.

I've been sleeping from 3 to 11 everyday since I got home. huh.

i thought i was the only one who have dis problem. i went early to bed but cannot sleep. im doing nothing in my room until 3 or 4 am then only i can sleep

im sick thats why i dun have this problem now..haha..

i had found out that the best way to get urself sleep is to get urself tired during day then it would be easier for you to sleep in the night. thats what a magazine said.. for me, it doesnt help much

ya it doesnt help much...i would keep myself awake during day time when i feel tired...but the thing is when it comes to night i don't feel tired anymore...weird...
