wat would you do when ur so stressed?

weird. i never talk to my posters but i do talk to my plushies. i hav a gerard plushie dat i made myself.

people can totally do nonsense things when theyre stressed

but my stress level didn't go down.

it helped me sometimes when i scream. i let go all then i'll feel better a bit

yeah i feel the same too

when i feel stressed nowdays i start to have a major breakdown and i'll
cry under my table for like one hour or more.

My mom says i have depression.

I never did more than cry. sometimes I hit myself DX but I never cut or do anything that hurt too much cuz i can't stand too much pain.

stop hurting yourself alright? It's normal to feel depressed, but if you feel like you're lonely and nobody loves you, you should love yourself. no matter how imperfect you think you are, cuz nobody's perfect. Dont be afraid to feel selfish, especially when you feel like nobody else cares. just. dont hurt yourself.
