Daughtry

Hey what do you guys think of this band?im not really into them but my cousin is crazy over them.
i only like a couple songs from them.. like 'Over You' and 'It's Not Over'.
Found out that they are coming to One Utama, Malaysia on the 26 of July!whoa, near my home dudes!xD
Unfortunately, tix is by invitation ONLY.which to me sucks cause it doesn't make sense cause you have to BUY a Sony Walkman Handphone which costs like... Rm.650 to get two tix!weird....so you actually have to buy a phone just to see them live..

me..well..im more of the motorola kid. haha.
Unfortunately only some Sony handphones models only and purchase must be after the 25 of june to be entitled for the tix.(which is why i think its pretty pointless because what happens if you already hv that phone why must we buy it again just to get free tix?!)

i don't like this kind of way of getting a tix. calculate it....it's even more expensive than a normal tix pricing.

haha, one utama is big...
i know ways to get to the outside part..
the park infront there is always open..i can sneak in an hour or two before the concert and just slip or climb the gate to the other side or something when the concert has started....

i saw these guys play yesterday.
and no, didn't ,manage to sneak in. (but my other two friends managed too!, i was kinda late.xD)
but i managed to be front row and i payed only rm100 for the tix.XD

security was damn tight.everywhere theres at least two guard.
on the second floor balcony, emergency stairs,even the window near the lift!
it was crazy.
but..sadly,
daughtry aren't a good band live.
they lack...something.
passion maybe?or they didn't connect much with the audience ?
nothing beats the mcr concert!

Anyway, I thought Daughtry should be great to see live cuz you know, the singer was in AI. Maybe the band sux. XD because I'm sure Chris' vocals are better than our own Mr. Way.

i think the guy who had the most stage presence is one of the guitarist.
(dont know his name though).
no doubt he can sing. (although a couple of high notes in a couple of songs he couldn't reach but i guess thats forgivable.xD)
the sound quality sucks that night.guitars were too loud.lol.
Maybe the sponsor just sucks, not the band.cause they were suppous to perform at 10.00 but they were late so instead
they put three DJ's and we all started singing Soujla boy,Florida's Low, and alot more.lol.

yeah i didn't climb the fence.I wanted to but this pakcik guard shooed me awayy. :'(
but hey, I climbed 3 floors four times at the emergency stairs just to see through the window.but i finally gave up running away from the cctv camera and just gave up and asked the dude over for a discount and i got it. lol.
