Musical Instruments

I used to learn the electronic organ but then I quit cause I have to go overseas. Then, I picked up flute and that was half-way as well because I moved back here but at least for both I picked up all the basics that's needed. Later on, I picked up the guitar and bass. I'm insane, I know! lol

I'm picking up my guitar again the end of next month probably cuz that's when my exams end. Hell no, I'm not talented just curious. lol.

well...curiosity kills huh...

my suggestion - when u're curious, try your friend's instrument before starting a lesson..ask your friend to teach you ... cause it happens to me...before i even touch that instrument i starts the lesson...it's a waste of money...

Yeah... that's why for the guitar and bass I just picked it up by myself and with the help from my friends who are learning also to get a gist of it.

what song u can play with a bass and guitar?

Erm...nothing much really... I picked it up right before my IGCSE's exams so I have to stop before my parents kill me. So.. I could only play... time of your life by green day on guitar, a few other green day songs thanks to the them who made me want to pick up the instrument in the first place and a lil' mcr as for bass, it's more towards green day as well and a few other random stuff. lol.

i was thinking of picking up bass next year..
idk..
im not sure yet.. or maybe drums....

advice?

It depends on yourself really... do you have a good coordination with your hands and legs? If you do drums will be nice to try out. Do you have a good sense of rhythm? That applies to both bass and drums. And just the next thing, the energy and will you stick with it and do you have the money to buy the equipments? A full drum set costs quite a bit.

yeah, i was thinking about the cost as well.because drums are pretty expensive and theres prolly no space in my home for a drum set.

used to play trombone...but that's the pass...don't think i still remember...

i used to play trombone back in secondary school...its kinda hard eh...lol...and i cant rmb how to play it already lol..
