Frank: Let's see. Mikey Way is probably one of the funniest and most random people I've ever met, but he's so kind-hearted and the way he cares about his family is very simple and just straight up, but I think that is the same with everybody in this band.

Bob Bryar is very... *pauses* very intelligent about things and the way things work... And he's very cotton dry. Sometimes people will say – “Cotton dry people are easy to offend,” but sometimes you need to hear it. You know, very straight. I think that is greatest thing about that kid, because you always know where you stand. And he's very matter of fact about things, and I love that about him.

Gerard... is very sensitive, but very, very, very smart. And sometimes you don't always see it, ‘cause he's not book-smart, he's just idealist, he's like a genius. And like his brother, very kind.

And Ray Toro... is... the dad. He's everybody's dad. He's very concerned with how people are doing and that you are save and happy and playing to the best of your ability and he's the band dad. So he holds everything together. I think, him and Bob are like the mom and dad. The backbones. I guess, me, Mikey and Gerard are the kids. Yeah, that is about right.

maybe coz they are the most hardworking pair in the group.

ray's always a smart ass...haha..that's why he can be the fatherly type..

In LOTMS he said Ray and Bob are the most hardworking people he ever met.
