whats the best way to get to sleep when you cant sleep at night?

its 5:46am and im wide awake....was wondering if theres a way to actually get my sleep??
i used to hear people say drinking hot milk will help... so i went to drink a cup of milo (no milk at home)
but it doesnt seem to work haha...

i sleep at 2 something or more everyday..
actually i listen to songs to make me sleep.
i don't know why.it works for me.
but i listen to calm songs..
that makes me sleep...haha..

well me too have this problem...and the weird thing is i only cant slp at night..i can slp in the afternoon...weird heh....
sometimes i thought its because i slp in the afternoon thats why i cant slp at night so i tried not to take nap during noon but still i cant slp at night!!!>.<
maybe we shall migrate to europe?!

LoL....Maybe we should....i don't sleep in the afternoon...i mean not often...but i feel super super sleepy in the afternoon...when the night comes....i though i'd sleep well...cuz i was so tired in the afternoon...but when i lye on the bed i suddenly clear awake....not tired anymore...!!!

my mom thinks it's strange the fact that i have never taken a nap in the afternoon or anything..
because she has to take a nap in the afternoon everyday.....
i hate naps.dont know why.

i love taking nap in the afternoon!!!..haha..i can sleep so well that i don't feel like waking up...but u know i have to...or else i wont be able to sleep at night and i will be wasting my whole day slping which is kinda lifeless..

i love taking nap in my class especially when it comes to boring subjects. the most fun thing is i never get caught sleeping in the class like my friend did. last night i sleep at 3:00pm again.. sigh,, how to get rid of this insomnia problem??

but if you really can't sleep don't force yourself to sleep..try to do other thing..

I listen to pretty odd if I cant sleep lately, and it works like a charm! i tried counting sheeps but didnt really work because I dont have fucking sheeps in my bedroom, only in my head. so I lost count everytime i try.

oh i sleep very late these days too...i think i should migrate to European countries....lol

i day dream too much before i sleep.
haha..takes me an hour and a half before i really get some sleep.
