| i had found out that the best way to get urself sleep is to get urself tired during day then it would be easier for you to sleep in the night. thats what a magazine said.. for me, it doesnt help much _________________ -- the hardest part is letting go of your dreams --  ^^ ..the ultimate inspiration is the deadline.. ^^ |

ya it doesnt help much...i would keep myself awake during day time when i feel tired...but the thing is when it comes to night i don't feel tired anymore...weird... |

| Same here. I could do a heck a lot of work during the day and at night the energy just comes... it's odd.
